A powerful, self-motivated, professional with an unquenchable thirst to excel Gautam Khemani is a graduate from IHM Mumbai, trained at The Oberoi New Delhi & TGI Fridays, joined the Family Business of Catering in 1999 and by 2005 he was the Managing Director. As a 3rd generation into the hospitality business, for him the challenge was to maintain the family’s traditional cliental base and also introduce “Karachi” to the younger generation, every day craving for something new & innovative.
Over the years Gautam has been successful in introducing multi cuisine offerings in a predominantly traditional venture He settles for nothing less than excellence. It is his determination to fulfill every task and conclude it in a praiseworthy fashion that is responsible for the colossal applause that Karachi receives.
